DenverSiteWorks has acquired Maryland Portable Restrooms, Inc

Denver Companies, LLC (DenverSiteWorks) has acquired Maryland Portable Restrooms, Inc. (MPRI) and will be transitioning customers to DenverSiteWorks as of March 1, 2024.  This strategic acquisition accelerates Denver's growth by bringing into the fold, the 40 year history and experience of Maryland Portable Restrooms.  With the addition, Denver, who has been reselling restrooms in the central Maryland and DC markets will double restroom revenue.

"The acquisition of Maryland Portable Restrooms is a great fit within the DenverSiteWorks family.  Great service is critical to me and to Denver, and MPRI brings that where very few other service providers could. Not only are we the first company in the area to offer Dumpsters, Restrooms, and Fencing, we are now the only company to self-service all three product lines.  MPRI has a great reputation and does an outstanding job of servicing their customers.  Denver brings to MPRI a similar attitude towards customers: 'Jobsite Success, it's what we do,' sums up both companies making the merger a no-brainer," said Jason Simon, President of Denver Companies, LLC.

"While I am saddened to let go of my company which I have run for the last 10 years, and my late-husband for 30 years before me, I am very thankful to have found the right buyer.  It was critical to me to ensure that my customers were taken care of just the same as if MPRI were to continue servicing them." Said Diane Ramsey, President of MPRI.  She went on to say, "the driving motivation for the sale is to enable some of us, myself included, to retire. Carla Wozniak, whom many know as a pillar of the industry, will be staying on for a short period in a consulting role."  Of Carla, Jason Simon, said "I very much wish she was not retiring because she is, simply put, amazing.  I am very thankful that she will continue to be available through the transition."

Denver will be employing MPRI's drivers and buying their vehicle fleet so that nothing will change for the customer. Denver is bringing innovations in technology and capital investments, including new restrooms and several new trucks.  Said Jason Simon, "the already stellar service that MPRI provided will be augmented by operational improvements on the technology and equipment side."
